I am a thrilled customer! I've had two vehicles sent here, a BMW and a Chevy. Both vehicles got state inspections and one got an attempted alignment on it. The 2004 Chevy Silverado is a 2500HD Long bed crew cab lifted 6" with 35" tires (I say that for anybody that has anything similar in length). When the alignment was attempted on the Chevy they found the tie-rod ends were adjusted to the max depth and unable to do any more adjustments on it. So instead of charging me for the attempted alignment, like he had every right to do since it was set up and actually slightly adjusted, they decided not to and told me what my options were if I wanted it aligned. But since it was in spec or extremely close their suggestion was to not worry about it and save the money. Thanks for your great service and honest care for your customers, when I need work done professionally I will be coming to you!
